Zhixiang Beer Duck
Overview
The duck legs were on sale in the supermarket, so I bought two. I used beer to make cooking wine instead of boiling water. The duck meat I made had no fishy smell at all and was very fragrant and delicious.

Cut the duck legs into pieces and boil them in cold water. Add cooking wine and ginger to remove the fishy smell. After boiling, take them out and wash them

Put it into a pot and stir-fry to dry up the water, add some vinegar

Put dark soy sauce and light soy sauce

Put rock sugar

Pour in beer to cover the duck meat

Add salt when the duck meat is crispy
