Spicy Tofu
Overview
I like spicy food, so most of the dishes uploaded are spicy or numb. You can adjust the amount of chili pepper and peppercorns appropriately. Today's tofu is specially made for children. If I was the only one eating it, I would have to double the spicy ingredients!

Steps
-
Cut the water tofu into thumb pieces, mince the beef, and prepare the spices as described.
-
Put oil in a wok, add star anise, peppercorns, and bay leaves and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Remove the fried spices, add the chili pepper segments and stir-fry over low heat to create the spiciness.
-
Add minced beef, stir-fry, and add Sichuan peppercorns.
-
After the minced beef is cooked and changes color, add minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
-
Add light soy sauce and stir-fry continuously.
-
Add the tofu cubes, slowly shake the wok, and stir-fry with a spoon.
-
Add dark soy sauce for color.
-
Add water to cover the tofu and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
-
Simmer for seven or eight minutes. When the soup becomes reduced, add starch to thicken it.
-
Place in a basin, sprinkle with chopped green onions, drizzle with chili oil, and serve.
