Beat the eggs, chop the carrots, ham, garlic sprouts and green onions and set aside

Heat the pan, cool the oil, add the beaten eggs, stir with chopsticks until cooked

Add the rice. If the rice is too hard to stir-fry, pour a little water on the rice. The rice will quickly become loose

Fry the rice until the water is dry, add the ham and carrots and fry for a minute

When the rice is now in pieces, add light soy sauce, a little salt, then add garlic sprouts, stir-fry a few times and serve

Finally, garnish with chopped green onion
