First cut the tofu into small cubes and cut the carrot into smaller pieces and set aside.

Soak the fungus and dice it, mince the coriander.

Put a small amount of oil in a wok, heat it up, add five-spice powder and green onions, add diced carrots and fungus and stir-fry.

Stir-fry for about half a minute, then add an appropriate amount of water and add the tofu. Wait until the water boils before adding the oysters. Then add an appropriate amount of salt.

The oysters are very cooked. It takes about two or three minutes to add the prepared water starch, thicken the gravy, and then it is ready.
