Prepare half a cup of rice and have three bowls of porridge.

Wash the intestines with flour and salt, peel and chop the preserved eggs, and chop some green onions.

Wash the rice twice and put it into a rice cooker with appropriate amount of water and soak it for 20 minutes.

Add ginger, oil, salt, pepper, and rice wine to the washed intestines and marinate for a while.

Then put it in the rice cooker.

Close the lid and press the porridge button for about 40 minutes

The time is up and the porridge is ready.

Add the preserved eggs and shredded ginger and continue cooking for a while.

Add chopped green onions, mix well and serve in a bowl to taste.
