Chinese cabbage leaves can be cut into strips or slices

Pork belly slices

Shred the ginger, slice the garlic, and dice the green onion

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil. Boil the vermicelli until the water boils again. Simmer for one minute and set aside.

Heat a dry pan, add oil, add pork belly and stir-fry until meat turns white

Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
