Five-spice fried hairtail
Overview
Fried hairtail has always been a traditional Chinese New Year dish in our family. Hairtail has tender meat and few bone spurs, so it is suitable for the elderly and children. There are many ways to eat hairtail, but during the Spring Festival, our family is still more accustomed to frying it. Firstly, the fried one is more fragrant, goes well with rice or wine, and is convenient to eat. Secondly, the fried hairtail fish is easy to store and is not afraid of spoilage.
