Overview
Pollack is a must-order dish when dining in Korean restaurants. It is spicy and delicious, but it is expensive and the ones bought outside feel greasy. So I bought two pollacks online and cooked them myself. The taste was unexpectedly good

One pollack, soaked in water for half an hour

Remove the fish skin, tear it into small pieces and squeeze out the water
