Blueberry Mousse
Overview
I saw a small cake in the supermarket and bought one to eat at home. Who knew that it looked good but tasted nothing like that? Every time I pass by a nearby cake shop, there are more people than there are items on the shelves, so why not leave it alone! Husband’s birthday should be well planned! ! ! ! I haven’t been involved in baking for a long time, but I have been playing around with it. I have only made some basic things. Two days ago, I wanted to make cake rolls. I was full of confidence but was thwarted by a few eggs that had been in the refrigerator for a long time. Save me! !

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add sugar, salt, lemon juice and beat together with whole eggs. Separate it with warm water (40 degrees) and finally beat it. The eggs I bought this time were not put in the refrigerator.
-
Sift the flour three times and add the beaten egg liquid, mix evenly and then add the vegetable oil. Brush the cake mold with a layer of oil and pour the batter into it. Shake it a few times to defoam. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 30 minutes
-
Soak the gelatine in cold water until soft and then dissolve it in hot water
-
Whip the whipped cream until it becomes textured
-
Add two spoons of blueberry sauce, melted gelatine and 30 grams of yogurt
-
Add some water to QQ sugar and melt it in dilute water to make a mirror surface
-
Cut off the edges of the baked cake and cut it into two slices
-
After placing the cake slices on the bottom, pour the mousse liquid on it. Repeat this step later. When the surface is flat, place it in the refrigerator for more than two hours to solidify
-
After two hours, take it out, pour it over the mirror, and refrigerate it for 4 hours. When demoulding, just blow the mold with a hair dryer

The light at night is just not good, please forgive my poor skills. A small sense of accomplishment
