Heart-shaped coconut bread
Overview
My father is a very important presence in my life and a unique role. When I was young, my father could be described as violent to me. Every time I made a mistake, I would be beaten severely, so I was afraid of him at that time. When I was a teenager, my father became indifferent to me, which made me rebellious earlier than my peers, so I hated him at that time. When I was young, I could talk to my father calmly about life. Gradually, my father and I became less estranged and began to be able to speak freely. As time went by, I changed from the role of a girl to someone else's wife, but I will always remain my father's daughter. Dad likes to eat bread, but due to my limited ability, I have never given him a perfect bread. It wasn’t until I found this recipe using medium-sized dough that I realized that I could make such soft bread. Although it took a long time, when my father tasted the bread made by himself, the surprise on his face was worth more than anything else. Sometimes no amount of money can buy happiness, and sometimes no amount of phone calls can be worth a reunion. Don’t wait until your parents get old to regret not spending more time with them. My father once told me that I don’t want you to be successful, I only want my daughter to be healthy and happy. This is what I always want to say to you. I hope you are all in good health.
