  1. Wash the chicken wings and drain them with kitchen paper. Marinate them with a little salt, sugar, soy sauce, chicken powder, pepper, cooking wine, minced black pepper, and garlic powder (optional) for more than 1 hour

  2. Mix one egg, a little water and 35 grams of flour until it becomes a paste

  3. First coat the chicken wings in flour

  4. Then dip in powder paste

  5. Fry until golden brown and take out. Leave it for 5 minutes and then fry on low heat for 5 minutes (this step is very important so that the chicken wings will be crispy)
