Put the red beans that have been soaked for more than four hours into the rice cooker, put the mung beans into the cooking pot, add twice as much water as the beans, cook until the water just covers the beans, add rock sugar (add as much as possible). Wait until the water is almost gone and then start the pot

Stir the tapioca flour and purple potato flour evenly, add boiling water and stir. Knead the dough and press into a rectangle.
