Overview
A very classic bread. I used wheat flour instead of bread flour and the effect was exactly the same.

Then beat the dough with oil until it expands, round it up and put it into a basin for another rise;

Dough that has fermented in place;

Take out the dough and press to deflate it, divide it into 8 parts, roll them into balls, and let them rest for 15 minutes in between;

Place the shaped dough into the baking pan and make the second rise,

After about 40 minutes, the second hair is in place and brush the surface with egg wash;

Place in preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes,

When the time comes, take it out and put it on a wire rack to cool;
