Overview

A very classic bread. I used wheat flour instead of bread flour and the effect was exactly the same.

Steps

  1. Then beat the dough with oil until it expands, round it up and put it into a basin for another rise;

  3. Take out the dough and press to deflate it, divide it into 8 parts, roll them into balls, and let them rest for 15 minutes in between;

  4. Place the shaped dough into the baking pan and make the second rise,

  5. After about 40 minutes, the second hair is in place and brush the surface with egg wash;

  6. Place in preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes,

  7. When the time comes, take it out and put it on a wire rack to cool;
