Orange milk crispy pork burrito
Overview
Use milk and orange to remove the fishy smell of pork, super good! This is my first time trying to cook with oranges, and the result is surprising!

Make the burrito first, add flour to cornmeal, and mix in the salt from the main ingredients.

Add olive oil and appropriate amount of hot water, stir to form a dough.

Knead into a ball, cut into small pieces, and heat the pan over low heat.

Just change color on both sides.

Now do the pork, cut into pieces, add black pepper and salt and rub.

Add some oil to the pan and fry over high heat until golden brown.

Add the milk and seasonings in the accessories, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Pick out the soft stewed meat, put it in the oven, and bake it at 230 degrees for 15 minutes. The skin will be crispy.
