Fried radish balls
Overview
Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, salty and rich in peppercorn flavor. The fried meatballs are great in sour soup or vegetarian dishes.

Grate the white radish into thin strips.

Put white radish, carrots, and soybean sprouts in a pot.
