Chestnut Braised Pork
Overview
Chestnut strengthens muscles and bones, nourishes the stomach, and has high vitamin C content, more than ten times that of apples. It is known as the king of dried fruits.

Wash the pork belly and cut into cubes of about 1 cm

After the pot is hot, add the chopped pork belly pieces without oil and fry until oil is slightly released. Then add ginger slices, garlic slices and peppercorns and continue to stir-fry until both sides are browned.

Continue to stir-fry the browned pork belly pieces, sprinkle in an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry.

Stir frying must be done quickly, otherwise the meat will become mushy. Stir-fry until fragrant, add chestnuts, continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes, then pour into the electric pressure cooker. After adding the seasonings, wait for 30 minutes.
