Stir-fried Tremella, Shrimp and Celery

My children asked me, apart from making sugar water, what else can I do with this white fungus? So today I fried him a home-cooked side dish with celery and shrimp. It looked very fresh at first, but after adding soy sauce, the whole dish changed into a different style. Although the style changed, it was still delicious.
