Stir-fried shrimp balls with water chestnuts
Overview
I personally like to eat shrimp and often make shrimp. I bought some water chestnuts and used them to fry shrimp balls. The water chestnuts are crispy and the shrimp balls are delicious. The combination of the two ingredients is fresh and sweet, and it tastes fragrant but not greasy. It is also supplemented by vegetables. It is more nutritious and the color is beautiful. It will definitely be well received when used for entertaining guests during the holidays!

Steps
-
Wash the water chestnuts
-
Peel and cut into quarters to serve with shrimp balls
-
Slice half of each red and yellow bell pepper, cut okra into small pieces and set aside
-
After opening the back of the shrimp and removing the shrimp lines, add pepper, rice wine and 1 gram of salt and mix well
-
Add a little dry starch and mix evenly, and finally add a little oil and mix evenly. The shrimp meat will not stick to each other when stir-frying with some oil
-
Hot pan with cold oil and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant
-
Add the shrimp meat and stir-fry. Don't turn it over in a hurry after adding the shrimp meat. Turn it over after it changes color slightly and sets. This will prevent it from sticking to the pan
-
Stir-fry, then shape and change color and serve out
-
Use the base oil in the pot to fry the water chestnuts and stir-fry over medium heat for about a minute
-
Add bell peppers and okra
-
Add salt and sugar to taste and stir-fry for about 20 seconds
-
Pour in fried shrimp balls
