Cut off the roots of spinach and wash it several times to avoid grass clippings or mud on the leaves. Then boil a pot of water.

Find a clean basin, add spinach, pour boiling water, and soak for five minutes. I blanch the whole spinach and then cut it into pieces.

After the spinach changes color, rinse it with cold water and take it out. The spinach I bought is very tender, so you can only blanch it or pinch the root. If it is soft, squeeze out the water.

Cut the spinach into 2cm lengths and place on a plate.

Put the sesame paste in a bowl, add a little water at a time, stir clockwise until all the water is absorbed, add some more water, and stir clockwise again, do this several times until the sesame paste is very thin. If you don't want the sesame paste to be so thin, you can add less water.

Add all the seasonings to the sesame paste and stir clockwise until evenly mixed.

Pour the peanuts cooked in the microwave onto the spinach, then pour the prepared sesame sauce, and you're done. Eat it with porridge, it's really delicious.
