Pork chop and egg sandwich
Overview
Sandwiches are all transliterated through the English word sandwich. It is also a typical Western food, made of two slices of bread sandwiched with a few slices of meat, cheese and various seasonings. It is quick to make and easy to eat, and is widely popular in Western countries. Sandwiches are also very popular in my family. I used to buy ready-made toast when I didn’t know how to make bread. Now that I have learned how to bake, my family likes to eat bread (including all kinds of toast), so now it is more convenient to eat sandwiches of various flavors. I was a bit busy during this period, so it was not uncommon to have the opportunity to sleep until I woke up naturally. It was really comfortable. Seeing that it was getting late, I ate some sugar snacks to cushion my bed, and then started preparing lunch. I don’t want to make it too complicated, but I just have some coarse-grain toast and a small piece of lean meat at home. It would be good to marinate it with seasonings for a while and then fry it. I just make some hot rice porridge with the remaining rice from yesterday, haha: the sandwich is made with hot rice porridge, one dry and one thin, a combination of Chinese and Western, it tastes very fragrant~~~
