Overview

Double nuts: walnuts and blackcurrants. Add butter and eggs. This cake is so sweet and delicious. I made it in the morning and gave it to my daughter for breakfast, along with a box of yogurt. It is nutritious and delicious. My daughter is very happy to eat it, and of course my mother is even happier.

  1. Cut butter into small pieces and soften.

  2. Prepare cooked walnut kernels and black currants.

  3. Crush the walnuts with your hands and chop the black currants slightly with a knife. Spare.

  4. Add butter to powdered sugar and beat lightly with a whisk.

  5. Add the egg liquid in 3 additions, stirring well after each addition before adding the next time.

  8. Pour in the sifted cake flour and baking powder mixture.

  10. Apply a layer of butter to the inner wall of the mold to prevent sticking.

  12. Place in the middle rack of the oven and heat up and down to 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
