This is chicken soup prepared in advance and poured into a casserole.

Wash the soaked sea cucumber and cut into small pieces.

Put the sea cucumber into the casserole together.

Brush the abalone shells clean and put them in too. Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Turn to high heat and add abalone.

Add the prawns.

When it is finally boiling, add the tiger grouper fillets. The fish fillets are easy to cook and will not be overcooked when put in the boiled state.
