Grilled Pork Belly and Chayote with Fried Tofu
Overview
Ingredients: 500 grams of fried tofu, 300 grams of streaky pork, 500 grams of chayote, vegetable oil, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, MSG, onions, ginger, and garlic. Method: 1. Cut the fried tofu into cubes, slice the meat, slice the chayote into thin slices, mince the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside; 2. Pour vegetable oil into the pot to heat up and stir-fry the meat slices. 3. Add onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant. 4. Pour in the melon slices and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of salt, add sugar, soy sauce and cooking wine. Fry until the melon pieces are raw. 5. Add the fried tofu and stir-fry for a while. 6. Add a small amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat. 7. Add MSG, thicken the gravy, drizzle with oil, take out of the pan and serve on a plate, garnish with coriander leaves.
