Beer Braised Fish
Overview
The braised fish with beer as an ingredient is wine-flavored and the meat is tender. Because of the bean paste, it has a slightly spicy taste and goes well with rice.

The main ingredients are beer and sliced fish. (Add salt, cooking wine, starch and pepper to the fish pieces, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes)

Chop the ginger, onion and garlic and set aside. (If there are no chives, green onions are used instead)

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown and take it out.

Pan-fried fish pieces are served on a plate.

Use the oil in the pot to sauté the onions, ginger and garlic.

Add another spoonful of spicy bean paste and stir-fry evenly.

Add the fried fish pieces and stir-fry briefly. (Be careful not to break the fish pieces)

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt.

Add another small spoonful of sugar.

Finally add the beer and give the pot a shake.

Cover tightly and simmer until the soup thickens and turn off the heat.
