Spicy fried ginseng
Overview
Adenophora ginseng nourishes yin, clears the lungs, eliminates phlegm and relieves cough. It can be used to treat cough due to lung heat, dry throat, thirst, etc. It is a medicine and food. Ingredients: 300 grams of adenophora.

Ingredients: Korean chili sauce

Put 3 tablespoons of chili sauce into a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of water to dilute it.

Use a knife to flatten the garlic and chop it into fine pieces. I used half a head. Put more delicious food.

Wash away the soil from the adenophora with water, soak it for a while, and then pull off the skin.

Lightly tap with a rolling pin to loosen.

Knock loose and unfold.

Tear with your hands into strips about the thickness of your little finger.

Put more oil in the wok, heat the oil and fry it. Stir-fry again to remove excess water. Add 2 grams of salt and fry until brown.

When fried, add some sesame seeds.

When the garlic is cooked, add chopped garlic. When the garlic is fragrant, add MSG and turn off the heat.
