Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine in order of liquid first and then powder, and start a dough mixing process.

After one dough kneading program is completed, add softened butter and start another dough kneading program. At this time, the expansion stage has been reached and basic fermentation is carried out.

Ferment until doubled in size, remove and deflate, divide into 25 equal parts, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes.

Take a piece of dough, roll it into a thick middle and thin edge, and add mung bean paste.

Wrap it tightly and pinch it tightly, with the seam facing down, and press it flat with your hands.

Use scissors to cut into the shape shown in the picture.

Make other dough in the same way, put it on a grill lined with oil paper, and put it in a warm place for secondary fermentation.

After fermentation, brush a layer of whole egg liquid, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, put it in the middle of the preheated oven, heat up and down to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes.
