Steps
-
Prepare three main ingredients, Tantanxiang chopped peppers, enoki mushrooms, and front leg meat
-
Wash the front leg meat and cut it into granules, add an appropriate amount of cornstarch, and chop the light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken powder into a meat sauce. 150 grams is a bit too much to use at one time
-
Put the chopped meat sauce into a basin, add a little chopped green onion and mix well
-
Take a clean bowl, add appropriate amount of cornstarch, chicken powder, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and water to make a juice and set aside. Since light soy sauce and oyster sauce are inherently salty, there is no need to add salt
-
Wash the enoki mushrooms and cut them into small portions. Drain the water and place them evenly in the middle of the plate
-
After boiling water in the pot, add the enoki mushrooms, cover, and steam over high heat for four to five minutes. After steaming, pour off the excess soup and set aside
-
Heat oil in a pot, add two tablespoons of chopped pepper and stir-fry until fragrant
-
Add the minced meat and stir-fry for a while, then pour in the pre-prepared pork belly and boil until the soup thickens and becomes sticky. If you like this step very spicy, you can add more chopped chili pepper
-
Pour the soup evenly over the pre-steamed enoki mushrooms, it's very delicious. Sprinkle some chopped green onion for decoration
