Stir-fried dried beans and rice
Overview
I like to mix and match several ingredients as much as possible, which not only looks good but is also more nutritious. Bean rice is a seasonal summer dish, paired with diced chicken and dried fragrant seeds. It is an easy home-cooked stir-fry.

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes, wash them, and marinate them in advance with an appropriate amount of oil-consuming starch.

Chop the dried fragrant into cubes.

Hot pan, hot oil

Pour in the diced chicken.

Cook the diced chicken over medium heat, remove and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot.

When the oil is hot, add the beans and stir-fry.

You can add a little water when stir frying.

Stir-fry until 8 cooked, add in diced fragrant seeds and continue to stir-fry.

Add a little salt and sugar.

Stir-fry briefly and add a small amount of oil.

Pour in the diced chicken, stir-fry briefly, remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
