Sautéed Carrots
Overview
Carrots are rich in vitamin A. People who watch computers or mobile phones for a long time need to supplement vitamin A regularly. Carotene needs to be dissolved in oil to be easily absorbed. Use ready-made sauces for seasoning. Vegetable soup is your favorite. Pour it on rice or noodles, and it tastes great.
