-
Clean the fat and lean pork belly and slice it into thin slices. Cut the dried chili peppers, ginger slices, and green onions into sections and put them in a bowl. Have other materials ready.
-
Pour 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar into the pork belly, and then add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell. Pour in 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, season to taste, and add a slight color to the meat slices. If you want the finished product to be darker, you can use dark soy sauce. Finally, pour 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce to taste. Cannot be omitted.
-
Mix well and marinate for 15-20 minutes to marinate the meat slices. Pick out the marinated meat slices, dried chili peppers, ginger slices, and green onions. Pour into a large bowl of rice noodles.
-
Mix well to coat each piece of pork belly with rice flour, then arrange evenly on the plate.
-
Put it in the steamer and steam for 40 minutes, or put it in the steamer after the water boils and time it for 40 minutes.
-
Take it out after steaming and sprinkle with chopped green onion. The hot steamed pork with rice flour is ready. It’s fat and thin, especially delicious! Give it a try! Simple and convenient.
