Shiitake mushrooms are rich in vitamin B complex, iron, potassium, provitamin D (converted into vitamin D after exposure to sunlight), sweet in taste, and neutral in nature. It is mainly used to treat loss of appetite, lack of energy and fatigue. Pork is sweet in taste and rich in nutrients such as protein and mineral elements.
