Wash the fish, put it on a plate and marinate with cooking wine, salt and ginger for about 10 minutes

Heat oil in a pan, add yellow croaker and fry until golden brown on both sides

Pour in boiling water, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar, vinegar, ginger slices, garlic granules and green onions, cover the pot and cook over high heat for a while until the juice is reduced

Just sprinkle some chopped green onion for garnish before serving
