I caught up with the weekend and made wontons all afternoon. Although I was very tired, I was very happy. I can eat so many wontons for a week, which is really good

Add beef stuffing and all the seasonings in the seasoning list and mix well

Soak Sichuan peppercorns in hot water to make Sichuan peppercorn water

Add the peppercorn water to the beef filling three times and stir vigorously

Add scallions and minced ginger

Take an appropriate amount of stuffing and put it on the skin
