Rice pizza
Overview
Often there will be leftover rice. I’m tired of eating fried rice and vegetable pickled rice. Today, let’s try a Chinese and Western way of eating. Use leftover rice instead of pizza crust, mix it with some eggs, vegetable cubes, and some of your favorite seasonings. It tastes really delicious. You can eat different flavors of pizza, and you can also eat crispy and fragrant rice crackers! What's more important is that it's simple and easy to make.
