Using the air fryer to cook griddle is very convenient, saves fuel and smoke, and you can watch TV while cooking, and there is no overpowering spicy smell at home, which is great. The finished dry pot looks very good, but unfortunately my photography skills at night are so poor that I can only see the oily red pepper and cannot take a clear picture of anything else.
