Tasty rice with red braised fish balls

Braised fish balls are a sudden idea of mine. I like to eat onions, potatoes and carrots stewed together.

Prepare ingredients, cut potatoes into cubes, slice carrots, and shred onions.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the potato cubes in the base oil and continue to stir-fry until brown. Serve out.

Add the carrot slices and continue to stir-fry until the color becomes lighter.
