Homemade Pork Floss
Overview
My favorite is the meat floss bread. The meat floss on top is salty, sweet and crispy. In fact, the meat floss goes well with porridge as a snack! But I always feel uneasy when eating the meat floss sold outside. I might as well make it myself, and I can feel at ease eating it for my baby and my family!

Heat the oil in a cold pan, add the mashed meat and fry over low heat for 5 minutes. Add sugar, salt, and light soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry for about 15-20 minutes. When the floss is dry, it is ready to be taken out of the pan.
