Overview
Barley is cool in nature and has the effects of diuresis, strengthening the spleen, removing paralysis, clearing away heat and pus. Winter melon has the effects of clearing heat and detoxifying, diluting water and eliminating phlegm, dispelling dampness and relieving heat. Laoya decoction has the functions of nourishing the yang of the five internal organs, clearing the heat of deficiency and fatigue, nourishing blood and nourishing the stomach. The raw materials are as shown in the picture. Because I carved the winter melon, I removed the skin. Normally making soup does not require peeling

Chop the duck meat into small pieces, rinse it several times, cut the lean meat into small pieces, and remove the core of the red dates

Put other raw materials except winter melon and coriander into the pot, pour in enough water, and bring to a boil over high heat

After the water boils, skim off the scum, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for one and a half hours
