Stir-fried squid tentacles with leeks
Overview
I went to the supermarket on the weekend and bought 2 squids. They were quite big. One was enough to cook once. I happened to have some leeks, so I decided to cook them separately from the body and whiskers. After experiencing this dish for a while, the key is to control the heat of the squid whiskers. If the heat is too high, it will become stale easily.
