Main ingredients: baby cabbage, pork belly, vermicelli

Cut the pork belly into thin slices and cut each baby cabbage lengthwise into eight pieces

Chop green onions, ginger, and bean paste into fine pieces

Soak the vermicelli in warm water until it softens slightly.

Put a little cooking oil in the pot, add pork belly and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the pork belly changes color and spits out oil, add onion, ginger, garlic, and Pixian bean paste

Fry the bean paste in red oil over low heat
