  1. First mix the meat filling, chopped green onion, soy sauce and salt evenly, then add minced chives, fungus, salt, five-spice powder and sesame oil and stir evenly

  2. Finally add the shrimp

  3. Place the prepared shrimp and meat filling into a corner of the wonton wrapper

  4. Roll the wonton wrappers into half, then apply water on the left and right corners to stick them together.

  5. Break the eggs, fry them in a pan to form a thin egg skin, and cut into thin strips

  6. Take a bowl and add shredded egg skin, minced coriander, shrimp skin, seaweed, appropriate amount of pepper and a drop of sesame oil

  7. Add the soup to the pot and bring to a boil, adjust the taste, add the wontons and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes until the wontons float
