First mix the meat filling, chopped green onion, soy sauce and salt evenly, then add minced chives, fungus, salt, five-spice powder and sesame oil and stir evenly

Finally add the shrimp

Place the prepared shrimp and meat filling into a corner of the wonton wrapper

Roll the wonton wrappers into half, then apply water on the left and right corners to stick them together.

Break the eggs, fry them in a pan to form a thin egg skin, and cut into thin strips

Take a bowl and add shredded egg skin, minced coriander, shrimp skin, seaweed, appropriate amount of pepper and a drop of sesame oil

Add the soup to the pot and bring to a boil, adjust the taste, add the wontons and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes until the wontons float

Pour into the bowl previously added to the ingredients.
