Yogurt muffins
Overview
Yogurt is a must-have in our family. In addition to eating the original flavor, we often mix it with fruits and cereals for breakfast or snacks. Today I used it to make a simple muffin. It has a soft and moist texture. The homemade original yogurt is really rich and is very suitable for baking. If you can’t finish the homemade yogurt at once and don’t want to leave it for too long, this is a good way to get rid of it. Just squeeze some juice and you can quickly have a simple, delicious and nutritious breakfast.
