Stewed Pork Ribs with Polygonatum odoratum and Sha Ginseng

I made this soup last night. I purposely left some spareribs to cook again today because I couldn’t take pictures after I made them at night. I have searched all these materials on Baidu and almost all of them are popular. It’s good to drink these in the summer. It can produce fluid and quench thirst. Very good for the body. Suitable for men, women and children.

Wash the spareribs and blanch them in water, then rinse and set aside.

Wash all ingredients except wolfberry.

Put the ribs in the stew pot. Add ginger slices and appropriate amount of water.
