  1. Prepare the ingredients, soak the mushrooms in water, peel the chestnuts, mix the seasonings (except sesame oil) and set aside

  2. Heat a pan, add oil and sauté ginger slices until fragrant, then add chestnuts and shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry evenly
