Prepare the ingredients, soak the mushrooms in water, peel the chestnuts, mix the seasonings (except sesame oil) and set aside

Heat a pan, add oil and sauté ginger slices until fragrant, then add chestnuts and shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry evenly

Pour the mixed seasoning into the pot and add about 2 bowls of water

Cover and cook on low heat for more than 30 minutes
