Hot and sour kelp shreds
Overview
Hot and sour shredded kelp is a dish that my family often eats in summer. It is sour and spicy and very appetizing. Kelp can be prepared in a variety of ways, is cheap and delicious, and contains many nutrients and medicinal ingredients that are beneficial to human health. Eating kelp can lower blood sugar, blood lipids and cholesterol, and can effectively prevent arteriosclerosis, constipation, cancer, Alzheimer's disease and resist aging. The Japanese also call kelp a longevity vegetable. So we can usually eat more kelp!
