Homemade Appetizer Cool Vermicelli
Overview
Jelly jelly is a popular cold dish in summer. People often buy a small piece to take home and mix it with themselves to eat. The hot and sour taste and smooth texture will immediately whet your appetite and make you eat it non-stop. The jelly is grated into shreds and mixed with seasonings. It is very tasty and chewy. My family likes it very much. When buying and eating, I always feel unclean, and I feel uneasy when eating. Later, I learned how to make it, and found a way to use a grater to grate the cold vermicelli. The finished product was crystal clear and full of elasticity. I thought it was better than the ones I bought. Moreover, when I made it, I paid attention to hygiene in every step, so it was very safe to eat.
