Prepare the materials as shown in the picture!

Dice the beef, dice the onions, dice the carrots, dice the mushrooms, dice the green and red peppers and scallions. (After dicing the beef, you need to add soy sauce, cornstarch, pepper, and sesame oil to marinate it for the flavor!)
