Spinach mixed with eggs
Overview
Hard-boiled eggs are mostly eaten at breakfast. Mixing them with vegetables not only supplements protein, but also increases chlorophyll and dietary fiber.

Prepare the materials, clean the spinach and soak it in water for a while;

Wash the carrots and grate them into shreds;

Put the washed spinach into a pot of boiling water and blanch it;

Take out the spinach, add shredded carrots and blanch them until raw, then take them out;

Blanch the spinach to remove the water and set aside for later use;

Squeeze appropriate amount of wasabi into the seasoning bowl;
