Stir-fried duck gizzards with winter bamboo shoots
Overview
This is a dish that goes well with wine, and for me, it’s also a great dish with rice. Whenever I don’t have a good appetite, I want to make this as an appetizer, and I can easily finish two bowls of rice in one go.
