Overview
I always make monotonous buns and steamed buns, so let’s make them cute today. The little hedgehog is stuffed with creamy custard filling. It’s hard not to eat it!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the carrots into small cubes, then add a small amount of water to make carrot juice, then filter,
-
Use the method taught in the basic dough making method to make the dough. The orange one is carrot-based, and the white one is milk-based.
-
Divide out two equal pieces of dough,
-
Roll out the dough into about the same size, overlap it, roll it up,
-
Cut the dough roll into equal parts and roll it into a round shape,
-
Divide the remaining noodles into equal portions, use the portions to wrap the custard filling, and wrap it into a ball using the method of wrapping glutinous rice balls,
-
Wrap it with the round dough you just rolled out, and the custard buns are ready,
-
I had a little bit of black sesame filling left over from making it a few days ago, so I wrapped a few black sesame seeds (*^__^*),
-
Wrap it in the same way,
-
Now to make a cute little hedgehog, take the stuffed dough and shape it into a slightly pointed hedgehog body,
-
Use scissors to cut out "thorns" along the back of the little hedgehog
-
Use black sesame seeds to make eyes, and your cute little hedgehog is ready,
-
In addition, I also made small steamed buns, rose steamed buns, standard custard buns and small hedgehogs. Let’s take a group photo o(∩_∩)o
-
Steam vigorously over high heat for 20 minutes,

Did the fat little hedgehog poke your cuteness?
